Delete your account

You can delete your HabitQuest account and all associated data at any time.

Two ways to do this

In the app. Open HabitQuest and go to Settings → Account → Delete my account. This is immediate.

Using the form below. If you no longer have the app installed, complete the form and we will process your request.

What happens when you delete your account

  • Your family profile, your children’s profiles and all associated personal data are permanently deleted
  • Your activity history, meal selections and any questionnaire responses are permanently deleted
  • Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request
  • Anonymised data that cannot identify you or your child may be retained for service evaluation purposes
  • We may retain limited records where the law requires it, and we will tell you if that applies to you

This cannot be undone. If you create a new account later, you will start from scratch.

Must match the address you signed up with, so we can verify the request.

Entirely optional, but it genuinely helps us improve.
